White Mystery

The smell of amplifier smoke is fresh on the air and it can only mean that White Mystery are back with another record; bleeding sweat and sweating blood in a crushing wave of riffs. Alex and Francis show no signs of bucking the moves they learned on their debut and the duo still cuts to the heart of garage rock like pumping out gravel blasted, three-minute gems was just second nature. White Mystery have always snagged a few hooks but the beauty of the band lies in lodging said hooks in a pound of swagger and the kind of from the hip thrust that hits you like a swung guitar to the head. They've spent a year letting the road seep into their sets and it seems that the dust of travel hasn't softened their blow a bit. Here's hoping they roll through your town soon in a flash of teeth, red hair, splintered sticks and broken strings.
