We've been in Sore Eros' corner since their excellent first album on SHDWPLY hit our ears, so it doesn't take a lot of prodding to get us excited about new music from them in the form of a new 7" with the promise of an album soon on the way.

Sore Eros – Taal Compass 7" The A-side is a humble slice of Robinson's trademark high quiver backed with a sleepy bit of psychedelia from the band. Floating on waves of somnambulant euphoria, the title track blurs like a kaleidoscope lit up in blues and

greens; shimmering ever so slightly and melting the edges of perception. On the flip side the band gets help from Gary War in an overtly gorgeous pulse of a track that threatens to overwhelm the senses as it builds to a conclusion.
