	Earth/ Sir Richard Bishop - Split Tour 12" Both bands bring things down to the meditative level on this super limited tour only release. The Earth track is parched with the same desert dust that has kept them going through the past few releases
but with a bit of high plains movement in the guitar that has only shown through on their latest. In all truth it's just the band's Dylan Carlson picking at his guitar but with a bevy of effects he sounds like he's got the whole band with him; a damn rhythmic release, at least by Earth's standards. On the flip, Bishop keeps the flurry of notes to a contemplative hush. He still tickles across the strings with his usual skill but with a sympathetic drone courtesy of Randal Dunn and a dash of sitar; the cosmic eastern flavor can't help but shine through.
